Hi! I’m Laura, the educator behind The Reading Bonus Teacher. I’ve spent over 12 years in the classroom as a kindergarten teacher and 8 years as a reading interventionist, supporting students in kindergarten through fifth grade. Currently, I am a elementary school reading coach. I hold Orton-Gillingham Classroom Educator Certification and a Dyslexia Endorsement. I love giving all readers, and especially those who struggle, the tools they need to learn, understand, and comprehend words. I use the Orton Gillingham approach.
